$179 ($79 retainer, remaining $100 due in cash the day or your session or by paypal/venmo 3 days before your session)

*One mini session is needed for EACH family nuclear unit (this means if you wish to include cousins, friends, etc. in for a group photos, they also must also purchase their own mini session spot. If they do not, they will not be photographed.)

*Retainer is NOT refundable or transferable to a future session. You may sell your time to another individual if a schedule conflict arises for you, however Alli Trickey is NOT responsible for filling that spot for you.

*Your balance of $100 will be due in CASH ONLY the day of the session OR paypal/venmo 3 days BEFORE your session takes place.

**Number of final images in gallery can vary due to cooperation during session.
Your portrait gallery will be sent to you on December 3rd.

**Should I for some reason not be able to fill on my Santa bookings, your time could be slightly tweaked to better accommodate Santa's schedule.

If you are more than 4 minutes past your scheduled time, you will lose your spot and forfeit your retainer. Late arrivals will not be given additional session time.

PLEASE be on time and picture ready at your scheduled time.

**Number of final images in gallery can vary due to cooperation during session

RUSH fee to get your gallery back in 4 business days (please note business days are Monday- Friday; weekends are not business days): $90

Terms and conditions:

*The retainer holds your date and is NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE should you no longer require my services. No amount of money paid to me is refundable unless I experience an emergency that renders me unable to provide the agreed services.

*Should you fail to perform (you decide that you no longer require my services), liquidated damages shall be charged at the amount of the $85 non-refundable retainer.

*Should you have a conflict on your schedule, you may sell your session time. Alli Trickey is not responsible for filling your time slot.

*If you have been a no show in the past, your session fee is due in full at booking. You will receive an invoice after booking to pay remaining full amount. and failure to pay in 24 hours will result in your spot no longer being reserved for you.

*Sessions will take place rain or shine at an indoor location.

*I do not offer free or discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice or unwillingness of client.

I am obliged to explain the following:

*Upon viewing samples of my work, you have decided to invest in my services to photograph you and your family because you are confident that I can give you results which you will cherish. There is no way of knowing what photos will be produced from this endeavor simply because this is an event in the future.

By purchasing you agree to this contract, you are trusting the artistic ability of the photographer to choose and edit the best images from the session that represent you as well as their work.
