Final Openings for 2024

20 minute session

Location will be on our property just outside of Lonoke.

20 fully edited images with digital download with print release

$150 ($50 retainer due at booking, $100 due at time of session)
*One nuclear family unit per session (meaning if you wish to include cousins, extended family, or multiple generations each family will need to book a session.) If you have questions about this, please contact me before booking.

Turnaround time for gallery will be 2 weeks, with a one photo sneaked on social media within 10 days of session. Please keep this in mind when selecting your portrait session date.

These are my FINAL openings for 2024. You will have the option of a Fall Mini, Winter Snowy Mini, or a Mini without props.

**December 14th is the last session available with turnaround time before Christmas.

** NO sessions will be scheduled December 18 - January 6th, this includes any reschedules.

If you are more than 5 minutes past your scheduled time, you will lose your spot. Timing of these sessions are crucial to get BEST lighting for everyone. Late arrivals will not be accommodated with an additional time.

PLEASE be on time and picture ready at your scheduled time.

Terms and conditions:

*The retainer holds your date and is NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE should you no longer require my services. No amount of money paid to me is refundable unless I experience an emergency that renders me unable to provide the agreed services.

*Should you fail to perform (you decide that you no longer require my services), liquidated damages shall be charged at the amount of the $50 non-refundable retainer.

*Should you need to reschedule due to illness, please give me 72 hours advance notice. You are allowed one event of rescheduling, but it must take place within 2 weeks of originally scheduled session. Failure to reschedule and have portraits taken in this 2-week time frame will result in retainer being forfeited to cover loss of wages of photographer. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. Theme/Seasonal mini sessions may not be available for your reschedule date. It will vary by date and time you rebook for.

*If you have been a no show or cancelled in the past, your session fee is due in full at booking. You will receive an invoice after booking to pay remaining full amount. and failure to pay in 24 hours will result in your spot no longer being reserved for you.

*If weather fails to cooperate, I will offer reschedule dates. Please note that calling a session off due to weather will be sole discretion of the photographer.

*I do not offer free or discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice or unwillingness of client.

I am obliged to explain the following:

*Upon viewing samples of my work, you have decided to invest in my services to photograph you and your family because you are confident that I can give you results which you will cherish. There is no way of knowing what photos will be produced from this endeavor simply because this is an event in the future.

By purchasing you agree to this contract, you are trusting the artistic ability of the photographer to choose and edit the best images from the session that represent you as well as their work.
